A fruit acid peeling contains, as the name suggests, fruit acids. These can be divided into BHA, AHA, and PHA. Fruit acid peelings are highly effective chemical peelings. Compared to conventional mechanical peelings, fruit acid peelings can dissolve keratinized cells without friction and also work within the skin. How Does Enzyme Peeling Work? Enzyme peeling is also a chemical peeling. It can be based on various enzymes and thus unfold its effect. Enzyme peeling can also remove keratinized cells and dead skin flakes entirely without friction. The Main Active Ingredients of the Tri-Peeling: Fruit Acids, Enzymes & White Tea A main active ingredient of our combo peeling is fruit acids and enzymes from papaya. Papaya extract is an intense antioxidant that can also increase the elasticity of the skin. The extract is rich in vitamin C, which can stimulate collagen production. This allows the active ingredient to prevent premature skin aging. The contained papain can help dissolve dead skin cells that would otherwise clog pores and could cause acne. Additionally, it can smooth the upper skin layer and thus reduce fine lines. This intensely cleansing and regenerating effect of the peeling is also enhanced by various AHAs (Alpha-Hydroxy Acids) and BHAs (Beta-Hydroxy Acids).
