Was ist Microcrystalline Cellulose?

Partiell hydrolysierte Cellulose

Microcrystalline Cellulose (MCC) entsteht, wenn native Cellulose partiell hydrolysiert und die kristallinen Bereiche isoliert werden. Rohstoff ist in der Regel Holz- oder Baumwollcellulose, nicht ein Blatt- oder Fruchtextrakt.

CosIng führt sie als Schleifmittel, Absorptionsmittel, Antiklumpmittel, Füllstoff, Emulsionsstabilisator, Trübungsmittel und Viskositätsregler. Sie ist nicht Cellulose (native Faser) und nicht Cellulose Gum. Kein Arzneimittel.
