Was ist Sodium Stearoyl Lactylate?
Ein Stearoyl-Milchsäure-Emulgator
Sodium Stearoyl Lactylate entsteht, wenn Stearinsäure mit Milchsäure verestert und als Natriumsalz vorliegt. Die Stearoyl-Gruppe ist C18, das Lactylat der Milchsäure-Teil.
CosIng führt es als Emulgator. Sodium Stearoyl Glutamate ist ein Glutamatester mit eigenem Eintrag. Sodium Lactate ist das einfache Lactatsalz ohne Stearoyl. Kein Arzneimittel.
